Background:

Lauren is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York. She earned her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she developed a strong understanding of how behavior, relationships, and everyday life influence health. She then completed her master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Pace University, building her expertise in clinical nutrition. Lauren is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest nutrition research, clinical guidelines, and emerging best practices through ongoing professional education and continuing education.

Weight management, healthy weight loss, bariatric surgery (pre- and post-operative nutrition), medical weight loss, diabetes, insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), perimenopause and menopause, cardiovascular health, behavior change, and sustainable lifestyle nutrition.

Personal Interests:

Outside of her work with clients, Lauren enjoys teaching and practicing Pilates, an activity that reflects her passion for the connection between movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being. She loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and unwinding with a good mystery TV series.
