Maggie Milone is a registered dietitian in NYC who has over 15 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy and community health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University and holds a Master of Public Health Nutrition from CUNY Hunter College, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Maggie blends evidence-based guidance with a deeply compassionate approach. Her own journey with body image and poor eating behaviors led her to the practices of mindful and intuitive eating.
