Background:
Kendra Tolbert MS, RDN, RYT is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, registered yoga teacher, and certified aromatherapist specializing in fertility and preconception preparation.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Howard University and her Master of Science in Nutrition and Public Health from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Kendra has experience helping individuals, families, and communities make improvements to their well-being and quality of life by adopting healthier habits. She has been featured on and written for a number of websites and media outlets including Women’s Health, Glamour, Fit Pregnancy, and Good Morning Washington.
Previously, Kendra worked as an acute care clinical dietitian, nutrition educator, community nutritionist, medical content reviewer, and consultant for various organizations.

In her free time, you’ll find Kendra exploring one of her many creative hobbies (she’s currently into knitting, watercolor painting, and dance) practicing yoga, journaling, reading, or body rolling way too hard to pop and R&B hits from the 90's and early aughts.
