Easy Kale and Pomegranate Salad 

Serves: 6-8



1 bunch of kale (stems removed and chopped)

½ cup pomegranate arils

½ cup candied pecan halves

2 TBSP olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon


  • Follow Easy Candied Pecans recipe (store unused candied pecans in airtight container)

  • Remove kale from stems and chop

  • In a large salad bowl, toss kale with olive oil & lemon juice

  • Add the rest of the ingredients
