Meal plans can offer structure, guidance and a better understanding of how to eat to achieve your goals. That doesn’t mean everyone will benefit from a meal plan. It’s important to discuss meal planning with your dietitian to make sure it’s appropriate and truly beneficial for you.

Our meal plans are personalized and take time to develop. You can receive a basic meal plan during your initial session that considers your unique needs and preferences. This meal plan is then tweaked and adjusted during follow-up sessions.

If you’re looking for a more detailed and comprehensive meal plan, along with specific menu options and recipes, this is considered a separate, add-on service. We offer 7-day and 21-day custom meal plans. Prices may vary depending on the type of plan and degree of customization.

These meal plans are tailored to fit your needs and goals whether it’s to improve health or digestion, help you lose or gain weight, cater to a certain elimination diet, or encourage more plant-based and nutrient-dense eating.
