Through creating flexible meal plans and teaching clients to tune into their hunger and fullness cues, Jamie helps clients achieve a balanced and nourished life.

Outside of her work as a dietitian, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, especially cooking and exploring new restaurants with her chef husband. As a bonus mom to their 8-year-old daughter and expecting a baby girl, family time is precious to her. Jamie also loves planning trips with friends and family. You can most often find her exploring nature in the mountains of North Carolina or soaking up the sun on the beaches of the Dominican Republic. She prioritizes self-care and relaxation through cuddling on the couch, indulging in long baths, biking along the water, gentle yoga flows and staying connected with long-distance friends.
