Stefanie Mendez is a Registered Dietitian who received both a Bachelor’s of Science and Masters degree in nutrition from New York University. Stefanie’s has experience working as a Clinical Dietitian at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital in Manhattan where she treated patients using evidenced-based nutrition therapy for a broad range of conditions and helped them towards recovery. In her personal life, Stefanie is a busy mom who understands the challenges of healthy eating that come with a family-oriented lifestyle. Nutrition and wellness have always been a part of Stefanie’s life. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys spending time with her husband and newborn son in their home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Together as a family, they enjoying creating healthy meals at home and meeting other families who share their interest for good, nutritious food. In hopes of never having a dull moment, you can catch them most days exploring New York City, by way of foot, bike or ferry!
