Rachel Paul, MS, RD, CDN
Rachel is a Registered Dietitian with extensive counseling experience in private practice, worksite wellness, and counseling-based research studies. She has also worked in nutrition communications as a writer, editor, and speaker. Rachel is currently studying to get her PhD in behavioral nutrition (why people eat what they do) from Teachers College Columbia University. She completed her bachelor and master’s degrees in nutrition at Case Western Reserve University.

Rachel’s nutrition mantra is intuitive and practical – listen to your body, eat the foods you love, and incorporate health along the way. She keeps her plans realistic while moving you towards your healthiest, happiest self.
Rachel is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a leader in the Research Dietetic Practice Group and Greater New York Dietetic Association. She is also involved in the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior.
Rachel enjoys painting, reading, and exploring barre studios in Manhattan.
