Michelle Grader, MS, RD, CDN
Michelle Grader is a Registered Dietitian who received both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta. Michelle has an extensive background in counseling patients, working one on one with them to help motivate and help them reach their health and weight loss goals. She has worked in multiple out-patient offices, including a holistic doctor’s practice, to help a wide variety of people reach their health and weight loss goals. Michelle has also spent time giving talks at local gyms and cross fit gyms to help members understand proper nutrition for working out. She has a passion to help people embrace wellness and live a healthier and happier life through proper nutrition. As a NASM certified personal trainer, when Michelle is not sitting behind her desk with a patient, you can find her running around the city being active. With an equal love for vegetables and chocolate, Michelle believes that to be happy and healthy your nutrition should be balanced with everything that you love.

Michelle is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a member of the Greater New York Dietetic Association. She is also affiliated with NASM for personal training.
