Meredith believes that there is no such thing as a diet that fits perfectly for everyone. She believes that all foods fit and stays away from using words like “good” and “bad”. Meredith works with her patients to understand their food preferences and challenges and comes up with individual solutions for them.
Meredith is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Greater New York Dietetic Association, and the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group.
Meredith loves exploring the restaurants, coffee shops, museums, parks, streets, and sights of NYC with her husband and new baby. She also likes to practice yoga, ride her bike around town, read cooking blogs, and try new recipes.
