Jillian Kubala, RD, CDN
Jillian is a Registered Dietitian and Certified in the state of New York. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Long Island University and is currently working towards obtaining her Master’s from Stony Brook University. She is certified in plant-based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Jillian has experience counseling patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and is passionate about helping others to reach their health and wellness goals.
She specializes in Weight Loss, Fertility, Menopause, Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes, Pregnancy, Gastrointestinal Issues, Autoimmune Conditions, and Heart Disease.
She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and member of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, Diabetes Care and Education, and Women’s Health practice groups through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Jillian uses a unique and personalized approach to help her clients achieve optimum wellness through nutritional and lifestyle changes. She believes in a whole foods approach to nutrition and helps her clients reach their goals by introducing simple eating habits and healthy living practices that harmonize with their unique body and lifestyle.
Jillian practices what she preaches and loves a healthy, balanced life. She is passionate about the environment and loves to spend time enjoying nature with her husband and dog. Jillian and her husband are in the process of turning their property into a small farm, complete with vegetable and flower gardens, chickens, and honeybees. She believes in eating as locally and sustainable as possible, and hopes to inspire others to discover the benefits of growing your own food.
